Course, workshop, lecture cancellation, postpone & refund policy
Due to the nature of this course, no refunds can be issued once you are in receipt of your log-in details and have access to the course materials – these will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the official course start date. Log-in details are to be kept for personal use only and are not to be shared with others.
Due to the nature of this course, and for organisational and administrative reasons, deferring to another year is not an option. Should extra time be required, the course will remain open until the last person has completed (up to a maximum of 10 months after the official course end date). Please note, exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration in consultation with the co-directors; however, please be aware that consideration will be taken in relation to the wellbeing of the wider cosmology of the course, current students and the organisation.
Participants need to be comfortable with online study and self-directed learning. By signing up to this course, participants understand that they are taking personal responsibility for their own learning and consequently feel comfortable taking on the course alongside other commitments. One-to-one support is not a feature of this course, and therefore participants are encouraged to attend the regular monthly ‘live’ session with the tutors.
All course materials (lectures, talks, books and handouts) remain the property of the Centre, and are not to be shared with others outside of the course.
